At AMBADI E MART, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and providing a simple, transparent process for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver products across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. We may also offer free shipping during promotional campaigns or on eligible orders.

Delivery Policy

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available). While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice. All returned products are subject to quality inspection before approval.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Innerwear and personal hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your Order ID along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective product, AMBADI E MART will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any customer-related reason, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, eligible products may still be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Return & Refund Process

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and reason for the request. If required, you may be asked to provide photographs of the product. After approval and inspection of the returned item, the refund or exchange will be processed.
